Requirements / Điều kiện
- The referrer must be an official employee of VSOL at the time of referral and when the bonus is paid.
Người giới thiệu phải là nhân viên chính thức của VSOL tại thời điểm giới thiệu ứng viên và khi bonus được tất toán.
- Candidates are referred for opening positions listed in each duration.
Ứng viên được giới thiệu phải cho các vị trí đang mở tuyển trong từng thời gian.
- The referred candidates must pass probation and officially join the company.
Ứng viên được giới thiệu phải vượt qua kì thử việc thành công và trở thành nhân viên chính thức.
- The referral must be submitted by email: Recruitment@vsol.io and receive the email confirmation from the Recruitment team before the candidate applies directly or is sourced by the Recruitment team.
Ứng viên được giới thiệu phải được gửi tới phòng nhân sự Recruitment@vsol.io trước khi ứng viên ứng tuyển hoặc được liên hệ bởi phòng Tuyển dụng.
Exceptional / Trường hợp ngoại lệ
Those below employees are not eligible to attend the referral program:
Những nhân viên sau không đủ điều kiện tham gia chương trình giới thiệu ứng viên:
- Employee involved in recruitment tasks (Recruitment Staff, HRBP, and those participating in the screening/interview/evaluation process).
Nhân viên tham gia và thực hiện công việc tuyển dụng (Nhân viên tuyển dụng, HRBP và Người tham gia vào quá trình sàng lọc/ phỏng vấn/ đánh giá ứng viên).
- Employee who is direct manager of the recruiting position (including direct and indirect managers by project or department).
Nhân viên là quản lý trực tiếp của vị trí đang tuyển dụng (bao gồm Quản lý trực tiếp và gián tiếp theo dự án hoặc theo bộ phận chuyên môn).
- Employee who is department head who refers candidates to their managing department.
Nhân viên là Trưởng bộ phận/phòng ban và giới thiệu ứng viên cho bộ phận/phòng ban đang quản lý.
- Employee refers candidates already submitted by the Recruitment team to the recruiting department for the same position with the same project.
Nhân viên giới thiệu ứng viên đã được đội Tuyển dụng gửi cho phòng ban tuyển dụng cho cùng vị trí và dự án trước đó.
- Employee refers candidates overlapping with those referred by another employee to the HR department for the same position with the same project.
Nhân viên giới thiệu ứng viên trùng với ứng viên đã được nhân viên khác giới thiệu đến phòng ban tuyển dụng cho cùng vị trí và dự án trước đó.
